Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This policy explains what information Bravion EDU (edu.bravionindustry.com), operated by Bravion Industry ("we", "us"), collects when you use the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have. You can read tutorials, use the code sandbox and take quizzes without creating an account.

1. Information we collect

Account information. If you create an account we store your email address, first and last name, and, if you provide them, your date of birth, profile photo URL and bio. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google; we do not receive your Google password.

Learning activity. For signed-in users we store lesson progress, bookmarks, quiz attempts and scores, practice submissions and certificates you earn.

Code you run. Code and input you submit in the compiler or practice sandbox are sent to our servers to be executed and the output is returned to you. We do not keep the code itself after it runs. For signed-in users we record that a run happened and which language was used.

Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring site). See section 4.

2. How we use information

  • To provide your account, save your progress and issue certificates.
  • To run code you submit and show you the result.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
  • To understand which content is useful and improve the platform.
  • To reply when you contact us.

3. Cookies and browser storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in (session tokens) and to remember preferences such as light or dark mode, plus practice progress and certificates saved on your device. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings; doing so signs you out.

Google Analytics sets its own cookies (such as _ga). You can block them with your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

4. Third-party services

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We use these service providers to run the platform:

  • Google: Google Sign-In (optional) and Google Analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Hosting and database providers: our servers and a managed PostgreSQL database that store account and progress data.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service.

5. Retention and security

We keep account and learning data for as long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account we remove your personal data, except where we must keep it to meet a legal obligation. We use encrypted HTTPS connections, hashed passwords and access controls, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

6. Your rights and choices

You can view and update your profile on the Profile page. You can also ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account by emailing bravionindustry@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the EU/UK GDPR), you may have additional rights, including the right to withdraw consent and to complain to a data protection authority.

7. Children

Bravion EDU is intended for learners aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, please use the platform with the permission of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
